Most people in today's Pagan and magical communities are familiar with the principle of macrocosm and microcosm -- the traditional concept that sees the human individual and the universe as mirror images of one another.  Between the microcosm and the macrocosm, however, lies the realm of the mesocosm -- a symbolic model reflecting the individual and the universe alike, which is changed to cause changes in one, the other, or the relationship between them. Join author and archdruid John Michael Greer for a discussion/workshop on the fine art of creating and using mesocosms in magical and religious ritual.
